Home health care for a senior in assisted living

Who qualifies for home health care?

To access Medicare-covered home health care, patients must have a medical need for skilled services and meet the definition of being homebound. This can include temporary homebound status due to illness or injury. Leaving home should require significant effort, assistance from another person, or the use of mobility aids. Once your doctor provides a referral, we coordinate directly with them to arrange care. Our services extend to both private homes and assisted living facilities, providing patients the opportunity to heal and maintain their well-being in familiar surroundings.
